Waterford Road Fork: This fork set the standard for steel fork design with the Henry James Crown (this is the polished stainless steel version), Waterford Stainless front dropout with from zero to two eyelets.

The investment cast Henry James fork crown, though retaining a traditional look, remains the unmatched in both structure and style. The cast tubular design makes this one of the lightest crowns available, while the long fork tangs and crown structure make it exceptionally stiff for responsive steering. The crown is available in a stainless version, shown here polished to a jewel-like finish.

The butted, tapered Reynolds 531 fork blades likewise set the standard with extra stiffness by the crown and softness by the dropouts to handle road shock.

Waterford's investment-cast stainless steel dropouts provide and elegant touch and complete corrosion resistance by the quick release levers.

The 22-Series Waterford road fork is available in a 1" steerer, with your choice of wheel sizes, threaded or threadless steerer and several brake options - 49mm race brakes, cantilever brakes (for tires up to 32C) and the new 57mm "regular-reach" brakes. You can specify rakes from 30-55mm, allowing Waterford to assure a much broader range of steering options than are available in composite forks.

Waterford Cross/Adventure Cycle Fork: Like the Road fork, this fork comes with an investment cast crown, Reynolds 531 blades plus the elegant and functional Waterford investment-cast dropouts.

The crown provides clearance for larger tires, up to 38C (1.5") and is available for both 1" and 1 1/8" steerers.

Waterford offers two options for fork blades: For cyclocross, commuting and light touring, we offer carefully-engineered lightweight road blades. For loaded touring, we offer a special heavy-duty blade with its extra strength and reliability.

When ordering the heavy duty blades you can specify from four stock front rack mount placements:

  • Blackburn FL-1 (hooped).
  • Blackburn CL-1 Custom (hoopless).
  • Tubus Tara (hooped).
  • Tubus Duo (hoopless).

Other racks are available on a custom basis. Waterford recommends hooped racks.

The Waterford Cross/Adventure Cycle fork is available in your choice of a 1" or 1 1/8" steerer, threaded or threadless steerer with your choice of wheel sizes and specifically designed for cantilever or linear pull brakes. You can specify rakes from 30-55mm, allowing Waterford to assure a much broader range of steering options than are available in composite forks.
