E-Mailing Waterford

We always appreciate e-mail but please be aware that we are not yet a real-time internet user. Sometimes we go for a week or more before getting to e-mail. Therefore:

• Please do not e-mail us orders, order confirmations, order changes or anything else of a financial or time-sensitive nature. If we answer it, great. But just don't depend on it.
• For orders and order changes, please call us at 262.534.4190. If you ordered through one of our fine shops, please make your order changes through the shop. This reduces complications and miscommunications. Trust us on this.
• On the other hand, we're happy to answer technical questions by e-mail (and in fact it gives us a better chance to research a response to complicated questions).
