*Note: Base price includes front rack mounts placed using the Blackburn Low-Rider (with a front hoop) mounting location or the Blackburn Custom Low-Rider (front hoopless) mounting location. Several rack manufacturers meet these standards. The extra charge applies to those that require custom positioning. Such non-standard racks will be custom fit to the fork and must be sent to the factory before production can start.
