Visiting Waterford |
We welcome visitors to our factory. Please call ahead for the best times. 10:00am and 1:00pm Monday through Friday work best in order to see the colors before they get packed up for the day. It takes only about 15 minutes to go through our 8,000 square foot factory.
We also perform custom fittings on our special sizing machine (and, more important) our seasoned advisors. A custom fitting doesn't necessarily mean a custom geometry, just a better fit. We'll work with your local shop to get you just the bike you want. Please call ahead for an appointment. Price: $150 at the time of the fitting.

Thanks for your interest in supporting Waterford through sports-related promotion. We receive hundreds of requests like yours each year and must carefully evaluate each one. We'd like to hear more about your ideas and ask that you present to us a more complete package of information on which we can make our decision. Here's what your package should contain:
Proposal Section
- Team / Rider Overview.
- 2000 race schedule.
- Overall team/rider budget, total cash and non-cash sponsorship.
- Current and committed sponsors; number of years with key sponsors.
- Proposal plan for Waterford or Gunnar.
- Waterford sponsorship request.
Background Section
- Rider/Team Resume(s) / History
- References.
- Reason for interest in Waterford.
Administration
- Deadline: November 15, 2004.
- Decisions: Made by December 31, 2004.
- Delivery: Before February 28, 2005 except by WPC option.
- Presentation: Keep it simple but complete. If you sent in part of what we need before, please send it again.

TIG Welder: Experienced TIG welders capable of clean, consistent beads. Welding steel down to .5mm (.016") wall thicknesses.

Waterford depends on a network of fine bike shops to be able to offer its riders the products and service they deserve. We are always on the lookout for shops with talented, capable people. We look to build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with our dealers.
A solid relationship between a bike shop and Waterford starts with a solid personal relationship between people at the shop and people at Waterford. For that reason, we like to start with at least a phone call, if not a visit.
