In the late 1950's, Schwinn completely revamped the Paramount and along with it the styling. The Nervex Professional lugset became the standard for the Paramount at this time. Taking from southern California's wildly popular Disneyland theme park, Schwinn combined the original Disneyland logo with its famous "spaghetti"-styled Schwinn font. Schwinn also applied pinstripe decals on the top of the head tube and fork blades.
