Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to those who sign up at the sweepstakes page located at www.waterfordbikes/sweepstakes-terms-conditions. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec), who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Waterford Precision Cycles (the “Sponsor”), their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Agreement to Rules

By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules and represent that you meet the eligibility requirements. You also agree to accept the decisions of Waterford Bikes as final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

3. Sweepstakes Period

Entries will be accepted online starting on or about April 16, 2026 at 7:00 a.m. MT and ending April 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. MT. All entries must be received by April 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time (GMT-07:00).

4. How to Enter

To enter, submit the entry form provided on the Sweepstakes page located at www.waterfordbikes/sweepstakes-terms-conditions.  or the entry form on one of the participating partners' websites. No alternate entry methods are accepted. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. The entry must meet all sweepstakes requirements to be eligible. Incomplete or non-conforming entries may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Waterford Bikes.

You may enter only once. Multiple entries using different email addresses, identities, or devices are prohibited. Use of fraudulent methods or circumvention of rules may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of Waterford Precision Cycles.

The Sweepstakes is offered without requiring any purchase, payment, or other consideration, in compliance with applicable U.S. and Canadian laws.

No cash or prize substitutions permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Prizes are non-transferable. All expenses and taxes related to prize acceptance are the sole responsibility of the winner. Canadian winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees associated with receipt of the prize.

Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for Waterford Precision Cycles and its promotional partners to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

6. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing under Sponsor supervision. Winners will be notified by email within five (5) days. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 72 hours, or fails to return required documentation, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

Canadian residents must correctly answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question, administered via email or phone, in order to be declared a winner. The awarding of prizes is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

8. Rights Granted by You

By entering, you grant Waterford Precision Cycle. and its promotional partners the right to use your entry and likeness for promotional purposes in any media worldwide without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Terms

Waterford Precision Cycles reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes for any reason, including technical issues or fraud. Entries that are incomplete, tampered with, or submitted via bots, macros, or scripts will be void.

By entering, you agree to receive email newsletters from Waterford Precision Cycles and participating partners: Fausto Magazine, Mavic, CeramicSpeed, Vittoria, Ritchey Logic, 5DEV, Feedback Sports, Bike Flights, Orucase, Tailwind Nutrition, Pelli Bike Care. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link provided in each email.

10. Limitation of Liability

By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Waterford Precision Cycles and its affiliates from any claims arising from your entry or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, or errors in entry processing.

11. Disputes

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Colorado. All disputes shall be resolved individually before a court in Colorado, without resort to class action. Canadian residents may have additional rights under their local consumer protection laws.

Participants waive the right to claim punitive or consequential damages and agree that damages shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses related to entering the Sweepstakes.

12. Privacy Policy

Information submitted with an entry is subject to our Privacy Policy. By entering, Canadian residents consent to the transfer and processing of their personal data in the United States for Sweepstakes administration.

13. Winners List

To request the names of the winners, email us and include the phrase: “Please email me the winners’ list for the Ultimate Titanium Giveaway.”

14. Sponsor

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat, or Google. You are providing your information to Waterford Precision Cycles, not to any social platform.
